Five Months

Today our little guy is five months old!  Tate is full of smiles and laughter.  Lately he likes to pull himself into a sitting position while drinking his bottle.  This tyke is sportin' some serious abs to do this.  While not yet a fan of any pureed food (any!?!), his mommy is making every attempt to change his mind.

Venturing Out

Tate has left the relative safety of the tummy time mat and has ventured into new territory.  The exersaucer.

I'll say this.  The kid is a quick learner.

First Food

We tried rice cereal.  More accurately put, Tate tried rice cereal.  He didn't like it. At all.  Can't say that I blame him very much.

Either the kid is a foodie-in-training or we've got a very picky eater on our hands.  Stay tuned for more "new" food posts.

Meeting of the Minds

Adam speaks very softly to his little brother.  It's adorable to watch.  If you crank up the volume, you might be able to hear Adam discussing the exciting fact that both of them are wearing red socks.  If you know Adam, you'll understand how cool this is.  But Tate?  He's just thrilled that his big brother spends time with him.

I love Tate's beaming smile.  It brightens my day!
