Campfire on the Lake

It was a cool April night and the weather was perfect for our first campfire of 2020:

Spring Kayaking

The weather was beautiful, so Ilya decided to take the boys for a kayak ride, or ki-YAK-ing, as Tate likes to call it.

To the Lake!

The weather has been completely unpredictable this spring and summer.  But we were able to take a quick dip in the lake.  It was lots of fun!

Best part of living near the lake is seeing the cycle of life.  Not too long ago I captured the fish, well, making more fish.  It's a little hard to see them, but you can definitely see how they're swimming in circles:

In the Lake

Shannon Beach

MLM's computer has been on the fritz recently, so we're a bit behind in the postings.  A few weeks ago we went to Shannon Beach which is very close to our home.  They have a beautiful park which the kids really enjoy:
