This an unbiased fact:  I have seen soccer skills developing over this season.  Beckham and Hamm?  Probably not, given their genes.  But they sure have fun trying!

Kids do the darndest things to keep themselves occupied.  Take this clip for example.  The kids were running around shouting "flufferpants" for quite a while before I realized what was going on.  Kinda funny, eh?

Seven Months

Tate is seven months old!  This month's new party trick: blowing raspberries.  We've discovered his ticklish spot;  you should hear his laughter when we go near it!  He likes yogurt, isn't thrilled with peas, and is very interested in whatever Mommy's eating, including yesterday's slice of chocolate cake.

Surprise Blooms

A few months ago I was given a small orchid from IKEA.  At the time the bloom was lovely.  After it stopped blooming, I put it on the windowsill and kept watering it out of some sense of loyalty.  I had no expectations whatsoever that it would bloom again.  But it did, and what a stunner it turned out to be:

Patriot's Day Ruck Race

It was a beautiful day to watch some of the 26.2 mile Ruck Race at the Minuteman National Park and pick dandelions.
