Years ago MLG sent us a hilarious copy of Mother Goose and Grimm
So when I saw this
I couldn't help but think about the comic strip.
Maybe one day I won't be surprised if my kids ask if babies come from Amazon. Everything else does!

Sharing is Caring
Something I never thought I'd see for at least another 10 years: Tate and Adam sharing.
Not only are they sharing in this clip, but they're enjoying it!

Homeschooling, Lesson #35: American Revolution
Homeschooling today is a different animal than it was 10 or 15 years ago. Watch this clip! All you have to do is surrender your phone for a few hours and kids can learn both history and polite manners (thank you, MLD).

For Breakfast
One morning it was me and three kiddos and I didn't want to cook and clean up. So out we went to the diner. A MA-style diner, which for those of you not familiar with this genre, serves only breakfast and lunch. Often closes by 2:30 or 3:00 pm. Again, different than NY.

The Renovation Project
I've worked on a lot of renovation projects in my day. All have had their peculiarities, but none, and I mean none, were as challenging as the Taggie Renovation of 2019.
Here are the before photos:
Digging around in the sewing closet yielded a treasure: green bias tape that's probably as old as me!
So between darning skills picked up in a class taken long ago:
The renovation was completed.
On time and way under budget!

Media Lab
One rainy Saturday we visited the Media Lab to see a weekend exhibit by Mercedes-Benz. We thought the exciting activity was going to be the original 1890's car; turns out the AI goggles were the star attraction for our family.

Glimmer of Hope
Every now and then I catch a glimmer of hope that my children will one day... maybe ... get along. We're not unique. Siblings argue all of the time. That's what makes these photos special.

Bedtime with Bozos
Bedtime is an extremely long ritual in our home. Below is photographic evidence from two of our three kids demonstrating why. Apparently one has to document a variety of moods before one goes to sleep:
Where is the third child? Probably still brushing his teeth ;)

The Daily Dalwin
Weekly emails are sent home to the parents, almost as if to reassure us that our children are not only learning, but having fun as well. Here are some of the lighter moments condensed into one giant post:
